Find your way back.
Life doesn't get simpler. We build the capacity to meet it.
Soma Circuit - a nervous system regulation app - is a set of short, body-based practices that work with your nervous system — matched to the state you're actually in.
Overwhelmed. Steady. Running flat.
You pick where you are; the practice meets you there.
Minutes, not a meditation habit.
Created by Gerry Bronn — Clinical Psychologist and Executive Coach — drawing on clinical psychology, executive coaching and more than 10,000 hours of embodied practice.

The Reset Program
High functioning and well-regulated are not the same thing.
You can be highly competent and still spend most of the day in a state you never chose. Nothing looks wrong. The performance holds. But the body has been braced since the first message of the morning — and insight always arrives after the reaction.
The Reset Program works on both. The understanding, and the system underneath it.
Led by registered clinical and coaching psychologists and grounded in established psychological frameworks and applied behavioural science, it's built for executives, business owners and high performers who are past the point where another productivity system will help.
What's included
Three days, two nights in the Byron hinterland — a residential in northern NSW, far enough out that the phone stops mattering
Soma Circuit — short body-based regulation practices in your pocket, so the work holds between meetings
Fortnightly men's meetings — roughly ten months alongside others carrying comparable weight
Optional one-to-one sessions with a clinical and coaching psychologist Gerry Bronn
What tends to shift
Decision quality under pressure. Most expensive mistakes aren't knowledge failures — they're state failures. The reactive hire, the email sent at 11pm, the negotiation conceded because you wanted it over. Capacity is the room between the pressure and the decision.
Judgement that holds at the end of the day. You make your hardest calls when you have the least left. Restoring recovery — sleep, energy that lasts past three — restores the quality of decisions made in the last third of the day, which is where most of them happen.
Fewer costly reactions. The sharp reply in a leadership meeting. The message that took a fortnight to repair. Insight doesn't stop these, because the reaction arrives first. Regulation does.
Higher-quality read of the room. Emotional and social intelligence isn't a soft skill — it's the difference between a board that backs you and one that manages you. A regulated system reads people accurately. A braced one reads threat.
More complexity, held longer. Sustained bracing narrows attention. Widen the window and you can sit with ambiguity, competing information and hard trade-offs without needing premature resolution.
Strategic thinking, recovered. Perspective, fresh thinking and creative solutions require the state that constant operational pressure eliminates first. Three days out is how you get it back — and the practice is how you keep it.
Ruthless clarity on what deserves your time. Not time management. A genuine reckoning with the commitments, obligations and habits quietly consuming capacity for no return.
A tenable relationship with the work. Burnout at your level isn't a personal cost — it's a continuity risk. Preventing it protects the enterprise, not just the executive.
Something worth coming home to. Arriving with more of yourself available. Presence with your partner and children that isn't scheduled around what's left over. Friendships you actually want to see. This is usually the thing men are most surprised to get back, and the one they'd have paid the most for if they'd known.
Clarity on who you are and what you stand for. The thing that gets buried under two decades of performing well — and the thing every hard decision ultimately rests on.
Calm isn't the goal. Capacity is — the room to feel what you feel, stay present, and still choose what happens next.
Life doesn't get simpler. We build the capacity to meet it.
Corporate Programs and Training
Capacity - not resilience training.
Programs are psychologist-led and built on nervous system regulation: the practical, evidence-based work of restoring people's ability to meet pressure without being flattened by it. Delivered one-to-one, in groups, or as residential programs, and shaped around what your organisation actually needs rather than a fixed curriculum. Find out more
