Gerry is a clinical and coaching psychologist who primarily works with high-performing individuals to increase their resilience, performance, emotional and social intelligence, and work-life balance. His evidence-based approach is holistic, integrative, and person-centred. Gerry has a passion for bringing together the latest neuroscience and physiological findings with evidence-based practices to help clients reset their nervous system, enhance performance, and connect with what is most important for them. His framework draws upon the science of wellbeing and a range of approaches including integrative psychology, mindfulness, coaching psychology, ACT, DBT, CBT, and positive psychology.

He currently lives in the Byron Bay area with his wife and 4-year old daughter. When he is not working – Gerry enjoys ocean swimming, hiking, and losing money on the poker table (and there’s a long story behind this if you want to ask him).
